1. Vendor will agrees to be set up by 8:30 a.m.

2.  Vendor commits to manning their booth until the market closes at 4:00 p.m.

3.  Vendor will contribute 100 items to the SWAG Bags. Items MUST be delivered by 4/18/25.  Please email vendormgr@cyfen.org to coordinate delivery.

Event Cancellation:   in the event the Market is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, and we are relieved of the location fee, your indoor or outdoor booth fee will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. There are fixed costs CYFEN incurs for marketing that the admin fee will cover.

Outside Booth fee not refunded in case of rain and event still held inside.
