Speaker: J Franco, MBA, MCM, is an award winning digital marketing strategist, speaker, and founder of FIMM Agency – a boutique, women-led marketing firm helping service-based businesses turn content into clients.
Known online as The Profitable Social Boss, J brings over a decade of experience in digital strategy, content systems, and brand visibility. She’s been named the 2024 Stevie Awards Social Media Manager of the Year, Houston’s Best Marketing Consultant multiple years running, and is proud to be a 2026 Top Ten Candidate for the CyFair Express Network of ABWA.
As the 2025–2026 President of the CyFair Express Network, a league of the American Business Women’s Association, J is deeply passionate about supporting women in business through both strategy and sisterhood.
