Erika has over 14 Years in the health and wellness industry. All of Erika's programs and presentations provide a holistic, approachable and action oriented experience. All with a fun and a relaxed vibe.
Her coaching, training and speaking programs are strategically designed and cater to every client.
Her dynamic and inspiring programs teach you how to do the thought work, connect with your emotions to recognize and change behaviors to lead a productive yet peaceful lifestyle.
Erika is a Founding Connector for Sawubona Sister Gatherings, LLC a new rising legacy of Sisterhood. She is also the Director of Sisterhood Experience and develops strategies and processes to make each member comfortable using their platform to be seen and hear.
Currently, Erika is serving her third term as a Volunteer on the Executive Board of a local Chapter of the American Business Women's Association - The Leading Woman’s Express Network. She is eager and excited to serve as the 2019/2020 President Elect.
She is also a Certified 200 - Expert Registered Yoga Teacher. She travels the country to deliver workshops and Teacher Training Modules.
Erika is married to Kyle Ervin and has two sons and one fur baby. If you attend any of Erika's virtual classes you are sure to get a glimpse of the Yinster Pup, Deeter.
In her leisure time she enjoys hanging out with her family, cooking meals, working out and always reading and learning.
