Lindsey Meadows Chapman is the proud owner of Meadows Resources where she specializes in Consulting, Management, and Administration in HR, recruiting, staffing (traditional/ remote), and training. She is committed to developing female talent in HR, recruiting, and staffing careers. She is an active member of ABWA and SHRM. Lindsey is also ABWA’s 2017 & 2020 Woman of the Year and a Protégé award winner. She an ABWA National 2021 Top Ten Businesswoman and has also won Woman of Excellence 2019 from FHPW. She was nominated for CEO of the Year 2018 by the Houston Business Journal, and Woman-Owned Small Business of the Year 2018 by the Small Business Association of Houston. She is currently serving as the President for IWIB and Past President for WEWEN.
She spends her free time homeschooling both of her children, digging in her garden, cooking, baking, hunting, and spending time with her pets and family when not working.
Lindsey will be conducting a DISC personality test that will help you to rapidly gain insights into your blend of DISC personality and behavioral traits. With this knowledge, you can better connect and communicate with others.
In about 10 minutes, you’ll have a better understanding of why you communicate the way you do. Using this understanding, you can communicate more effectively. With your DISC personality test results, you can:
- Immediately improve your communication skills
- Connect with co-workers more effectively
- Understand what you need to do to be more successful when working with others.
This month’s CYFEN meeting begins with networking at 11:00 a.m. followed with a prompt 11:30 a.m. start of the program. Luncheons are held at our new location, Longwood Golf Club, 13300 Longwood Trace, Cypress, TX 77429.
